RESEARCH AWARDS
The Academy supports research through travelling fellowships and through conferences that focus on rapidly developing fields of research. There is also an award for the research on the conservation of endangered vertebrate species.
Research support grants for 2010 have now closed. All nominations/applications will be acknowledged. The recipients, except for the research conferences, will be announced in early December. The research conference applications are in two stages and short-listed applicants will be contacted in early October, with the final decision announced in late January.
