Biographical memoir of Professor Raymond Le Fèvre
The R.J.W. Le Fèvre Memorial Prize commemorates the work of the late
Professor R.J.W. Le Fèvre, FAA, FRS. Its purpose is to recognise outstanding
basic research in chemistry by scientists under 40 years at the closing date,
except in the case of significant interruptions to a research career.
The prize of $3000 (GST exempt) is awarded annually at a Royal Australian Chemical Institute function.
NB If a proposed candidate is already the recipient of an Academy award, the second award must be for a distinct, additional, body of work undertaken since the first award, and/or work in a different field.
