MS 035 – WILSON, James Thomas (1861-1945)
Anatomist and Naturalist
Wilson was appointed demonstrator in anatomy, University of Sydney in 1887 and became the Challis Professor of Anatomy in 1890. In 1920 he left Sydney to take the chair in anatomy at the University of Cambridge from which he retired in 1934.
This list was compiled by Patricia Morison in December 1979. A detailed listing of the collection is in Box MS 35/1.
The original papers were transferred to the University of Sydney Archives in April 1988. The entire collection was photocopied for retention in the Basser Library.
