An overview of KanGO bioinformatics

Terry Speed is a statistician working in boinformatics, who splits his time 50:50 between the Department of Statistics at the University of California at Berkeley and the Bioinformatics Division of the Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research in Melbourne, Australia.
In this short talk, I'll outline the bioinformatic support we
offer to the KanGO project. More details will be given by later speakers.
