Susanne von Caemmerer is an eminent researcher in the fields of plant physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and photosynthesis. Her research focuses on photosynthesis, with an emphasis on the mathematical modelling of the carbon acquisition of plants, the biochemistry of carbon dioxide fixation and regulation of carbon dioxide diffusion in leaves.
