Notices Climate: Science + Humanities conference
The Climate: Science + Humanities conference on 3–4 March 2010 at Harvard University will bring together 40 graduate students from Australia, China, and the US to present their global perspectives on climate and climate change from three very different national bases.

Go8 European Fellowships
The Group of Eight (Go8) offers eight annual fellowships to early-career researchers in Europe to work in Go8 universities for up to six months. Each Fellowship is worth AUD 20,000.

Theo Murphy (Australia) High Flyers Think Tank
The Academy’s High Flyers Think Tank series brings together early- and mid-career researchers from a broad range of disciplines to engage in thinking about novel applications of existing science and technology, and to identify gaps in knowledge that might be addressed when applying science (including social science) and technology to a particular issue.

59th Lindau Nobel Laureates Meeting, dedicated to chemistry

National Science Foundation East Asia and Pacific Summer Program for US graduate students
This program provides US graduate students in science and engineering first-hand research experience to conduct research in Australian laboratories and to initiate personal relationships with their Australian counterparts.
