SCIENCE AT THE SHINE DOME canberra 1 3 May 2002
Teachers program
The Australian Academy of Science offered a special program for teachers in conjunction with Science at the Shine Dome. Each State and Territory Catholic, Independent and State education authority was invited to send one representative. In addition, secondary science teachers were invited to apply for the Australian Academy of Science Awards, and all Victorian science teachers were invited to apply for the Department of Education, Employment and Training Science in Schools Awards.

| 7.00 for 7.30pm | Annual
dinner Teachers were seated amongst Fellows and young researchers. The after dinner speaker was The Hon Dr Brendan Nelson MP, Minister for Education, Science and Training. |
