Guidelines for writing a report for COST visits
Two reports are required for each funded trip: the first report to be submitted within 30 days of returning to Australia and a final report, to be submitted 12 months after the funded travel.

Two reports are required for each funded trip: the first report to be submitted within 30 days of returning to Australia and a second report, to be submitted 6 months after the funded travel.
Guidelines for writing a report for the FASIC Early Career Fellowships
Participants of the FASIC Early Career Fellowships are required to complete a report and a financial statement, within one month of their return from France. Photos of the visit are welcome.
Guidelines for writing a report for Scientific Visits to Japan
Participants in the Scientific Visits to Japan program are required to complete a financial statement to aquit the grant and provide the Academy with two reports of their visit – one within 30 days and one 12 months after returning to Australia. Participants should follow the guidelines for writing a report.
Submit a case study
If you have been involved in an Academy Exchange Program and would like to submit a case study based on the results of your visit, we would love to hear from you. These case studies are used by the Academy to support the continuation of the programs and showcase the importance of international research visits.
