Guidelines for writing a report for scientific visits
Participants in the International Scientific Collaborations Program are required to complete a financial statement to aquit the grant and provide the Academy with two reports of their visit – one within 30 days and one 12 months after returning to Australia. Participants should follow the guidelines for writing a report.

Guidelines for writing a report for COST visits
Two reports are required for each funded trip: a 30 day report, to be submitted within 30 days of the conclusion of the funded travel and a 12 month report, to be submitted 1 year after the funded travel.
Guidelines for writing a report for IRSES projects
Participants in the International Research Staff Exchange Scheme (IRSES) are required to complete two reports of their visit – one within 30 days and one 12 months after returning to Australia. Participants should follow the guidelines below for writing a report:
Guidelines for writing a report for the Australia-Germany Funding Initiatives
Participants in the Australia-Germany Solar Photovoltaics (Solar PV) Research Call 2010-2011 and the Australia-Germany Researcher Mobility Call 2010-2011 are required to complete a final report on their project. Please note the final report must be accompanied by a statement of income and expenditure, signed by the Financial Officer, detailing a breakdown of funds received from the Academy and costs expended by each researcher.

Submit a case study
If you have been involved in an Academy Exchange Program and would like to submit a case study based on the results of your visit, we would love to hear from you. These case studies are used by the Academy to support the continuation of the programs and showcase the importance of international research visits.
