Science and our food supply - middle school guide (US Food and Drug Administration)
- Module 4 - retail and home – students examine the preparation of food in retail food-service establishments and in the home through a series of lessons and activities. Activities include team 'management' of a supermarket department and culture of bacteria from hamburgers cooked at different temperatures.
