Communicating scientific ideas and advances in science to a range of audiences is Paul Holper's objective. He has written for numerous magazines, newspapers, professional journals and newsletters, as well as describing some of Australia's exciting scientific developments on television and radio. His articles have appeared in The Australian, The Canberra Times, Ecos and Geo. Author of the award-winning Cambridge University Press-CSIRO book, Atmosphere: weather, climate and pollution, Paul has also co-authored a series of science textbooks for secondary school students. Paul has an Honours Degree in Science, majoring in chemistry; a Graduate Diploma in Science Communication; and a Diploma of Education. Paul is Communication Manager of the CSIRO Division of Atmospheric Research, located in sunny Aspendale, a bayside suburb of Melbourne.
