PrimaryConnections Stage 4 (2009-2011)

‘PrimaryConnections – linking science with literacy’ Stage 4 (2009-2011) will build on Stage 3 and align with the National Curriculum in Science. It will continue to promote the benefits of the PrimaryConnections inquiry–based approach to schools Australia-wide.
Stage 4 (2009-2011) includes the following major components:
Professional learning
- ongoing support of Professional Learning Facilitators
- training of Master Facilitators
- principal presentations and information packs
Development of curriculum resources
- nine new units and additional resources
Indigenous perspectives
- development of curriculum links for the new curriculum resources
Research and evaluation
- ongoing research programmes
