ACT Curriculum Leader workshop
On April 15 and 16, the ACT Department of Education and Training hosted a 2 day Primary Connections Curriculum Leader workshop. Participants included ACT Government teachers, a Catholic Office teacher and several pre-service teachers. Participants rated their learning experiences highly and will begin the process of leading the implementation of Primary Connections in their schools in Term 2. They were particularly pleased to see the alignment of the curriculum resources to the Draft Australian Curriculum and are eagerly awaiting the remaining nine units which are being trialled in 2010.
