In the present stage of Science by Doing the following six professional learning modules will be developed:
- inquiry-based teaching (see prototype)
- effective questioning
- assessment
- facilitating change
- managing an inquiry-based classroom
- Science by Doing learning model
Each of these modules will be made up of the following four parts:
- modelling relevant skills DVD
- practising relevant skills CD-ROM
- easy to read theory booklet
- use of the module in workshops booklet.
A trial edition of the inquiry-based teaching module booklet is available.
