Providing a Submission to the Plan

Please ensure your white paper submission is no more than 5 pages (12 point font), ideally 2 pages long, and addresses an overview of the science topic, how it relates to priorities set out in the scope of the plan and identifies the current issues and key risks.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
