A/Prof Chris Blyth is a paediatric infectious diseases physician, clinical microbiologist and productive mid career research whose academic interest is acute respiratory infection in children. His work has focused on influenza and RSV infection, pneumonia and immunisation. He is co-chair of the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation, member of the scientific steering committee of the Human Vaccines Project and Associate Member of the Australian Academic and Health and Medical Sciences.
