OVERVIEW OF EXPERTISE IN RELATION TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK AND IMPACT

My expertise relates to freedom of movement, the impact of border restrictions on asylum seekers and refugees, the importance of ensuring that refugees have access to healthcare and other support, the impact of COVID-19 on top of climate change (particularly in the Pacific), and the legal principles governing States' actions when it comes to restricting human rights.
