OVERVIEW OF EXPERTISE IN RELATION TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK AND IMPACT

My professional expertise is in the area of energy systems and markets, particularly in the design and operation of resilient energy systems and the integration of distributed energy resources including solar PV and battery storage. As an engineer, I have experience in systems engineering, particularly in the design and delivery of complex engineering projects. As an educator, I have been tutoring, teaching and convening undergraduate and masters level engineering courses since 2007. I have particular expertise in pedagogical design and the online delivery of education content. From a governance perspective, I have been or am currently a director or executive of almost half a dozen private and public companies and have a strong belief in the importance and value of good governance.
