Andrew Sinclair

Professor Andrew Sinclair has experience in research, building multi-disciplinary resarch teams, engaging with and providing advice to industry, as well as teaching and mentoring other academics for forty-six years. He has also worked with industry in project managment, provided expert opinion evidence and acted as senior advisor to industry boards, international technical panels and academic journals. He shares his expertise with a range of institutions, and is Emeritus Professor of Nutrition Science at Deakin University, Adjunct Professor with the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University, a Visiting Professor at the Fuli Institute of Food Science, Zhejiang University, China and a Visting Professor at the School of Food Science, South China University of Technology, China.
