Hope for Tasmanian devils

Around 80% of Tassie devils have been killed by the Devil Facial Tumour Disease in the last two decades. But now there's hope for the devils. Researchers have observed genetic changes that suggest infected devil populations may be evolving the ability to evade the disease.
