Stephen Watt

Dr Stephen Watt holds a PhD in Biological Mass Spectrometry and a first-class honours degree in Medicinal Chemistry. He also completed a postdoctorate placement at the University of Oxford and worked for the worldwide company, Waters, a leading producer of mass spectrometry instruments commonly used in detecting prohibited substances. Up until January 2015, Dr Watt worked for five-and-a-half years at the Australian Sports Anti-doping Authority (ASADA) as Sciences and Results Manager.  

Dr Watt is now Director of Drug Code Science. It provides a consulting service to better inform people about what a positive drug test result means and the science behind laboratory analysis.
