Declaration of Open Disclosure - Candidates for Corresponding Membership

All new and continuing candidates for Corresponding Membership of the Australian Academy of Science must complete the Declaration of Open Disclosure form – 2024 Round in order to be considered in this round.  

The link below provides access to the digital form. When you (the candidate) have completed the form, a copy will be automatically emailed to your proposer for uploading into the online Fellowship nomination system. Please note that your proposer will need time to review your responses and upload your form into the nomination system in order to submit your Fellowship nomination by 31 August 2023,
