The referees for this candidate have now been contacted and asked to submit their report within three weeks of the request. Referees will have access to the following information to assist them to prepare their evaluation:
A copy of the Academy’s conflict-of-interest guidelines has been sent to referees, and they have been asked to decline the request if they have a direct conflict of interest with the candidate. If a proposer nominated referee has an indirect conflict, they may provide a report but need to declare the nature of this conflict in their report.
If your candidate is due for consideration again in the following election round (2025) you will be able to log back into this nomination and make any changes or further updates from June 2024.
Sectional Committees will start evaluating candidates in September and will meet in early February 2024 to make their final recommendations to Council.
