The Women in STEM Decadal Plan is a 10-year plan to enable Australia to achieve a sustained increase in the participation of girls and women in all areas of STEM education and careers. The plan was released in April 2019 and outlines six opportunities to guide the actions of all stakeholders. Implementation of the plan requires transformative, systematic and sustained change by organisations and individuals across the entire STEM ecosystem. The Women in STEM mailing list will provide updates on the implementation process including opportunities to contribute.
