Science Pathways 2013: Engaging with industry and innovation

Thinking outside the box

The focus of this year’s meeting will be on how early- and mid-career researchers (EMCRs) can more effectively engage with industry and apply a more innovative approach to their research. There will also be an invaluable ‘Education session’ to provide delegates with the skills and know-how to connect, collaborate and innovate. Our ‘Career hotspot’ will expose EMCRs to a range of career paths in industry and introduce them to some of the leading professionals in Australia’s highest performing industry groups – a great opportunity to network!

This promises to be an excellent meeting that will not only facilitate cross-fertilisation of ideas, skills and knowledge, but also extend your professional network. The capacity of the AMREP Education Centre is 150 delegates so please be sure to register early!
